Q1 Goal Settings
It’s the start of the year! Have you set time with your employees to review your organization’s 2023 goals?
Why?
Setting goals gives your employees a target to achieve, and when they’re working towards a specific goal, there is job satisfaction as well as growth to the organization their work supports.
What?
We recommend that you set 2 goals that are aligned with your company’s mission & vision (company’s OKRs) and 1 personal goal.
Where?
Store these goals in a shared platform such as an HRIS. If you currently do not have an HRIS, you can leverage tools such as google form or microsoft form for shared documentation
How?
Write goals in a S.M.A.R.T format. Effectively, employees should know how they can achieve this goal and what they’ll need, when they need to achieve it, and how they will be measured.
